Tutoring programs built around the student

The elementary years build the reading, writing, math, and learning habits students use throughout school. Atlas offers patient, structured support that responds to the child’s current classroom needs and developmental stage.

Middle school students face more abstract concepts and greater responsibility for assignments and deadlines. Atlas combines subject instruction with practical learning habits so students can approach the transition to high school more confidently.

High school courses move quickly and each unit often depends on the last. Atlas provides focused help with the student’s enrolled courses, current assignments, prerequisite skills, tests, and final exams.

One-on-one tutoring gives a student dedicated time to ask questions, revisit difficult concepts, and work at an appropriate pace. The session can respond directly to what the student is learning now.

Some students learn well when they can hear different approaches, practise alongside peers, and take part in a structured group. Atlas offers collaborative tutoring as an alternative to individual sessions.

Online tutoring brings live, real-time academic support to the student wherever they have a reliable internet connection. It is a flexible option for Ontario families who cannot attend an Atlas location or prefer to learn from home.

In-person tutoring gives students direct, face-to-face support in a structured learning environment. Atlas currently publishes in-person options at Louise Arbour Secondary School in Brampton and Bishop P. F. Reding Catholic Secondary School in Milton.

Effective preparation is more than repeating questions. Atlas helps students identify priority topics, practise the reasoning an assessment expects, and use their time more deliberately.
